Job Summary: We are seeking a professional to supervise and coordinate campus infrastructure, ensuring maintenance, operation, and continuous improvement of facilities. Key Highlights: 1. PROFILE: Bachelor's degree in civil engineering, architecture, or related field. Minimum 2 years of experience in supervisory or coordination roles. Experience in implementation, operation, maintenance, and improvement of infrastructure. Knowledge of physical facility management and maintenance, general services, electricity, air conditioning, civil works, construction budget control for works and maintenance, construction standards, structural safety, and civil protection. RESPONSIBILITIES: Handle campus maintenance requests. Obtain quotations from suppliers for various services required by campuses. Verify the quality of maintenance work performed by suppliers. Ensure campuses have appropriate infrastructure in their facilities and fulfill their purpose through on-site visits. Operation of electrical panels, hydraulic installations, and waterproofing inspections across all campuses, vehicle units, corresponding payments, and interior/exterior lighting.
