




Profile: * Working hours: Monday to Friday: 2:00 PM to 9:00 PM; Saturday: 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM * Experience in educational or intangible sales (minimum 6 months). * Data presentation skills (Dashboards, Data Studio); CRM usage; advanced Excel; AI chats; chatbots; text-based communication; copywriting; proficiency in platforms such as Zoom, Google Meet, and CRM; basic reporting skills using Excel/Sheets. * Valid academic degree and official ID. * CRM, AI, and chatbot proficiency. Responsibilities: * Strengthen and increase the institution’s postgraduate enrollment by achieving new enrollment targets through effective CRM management. * Propose strategies to enhance the institution’s image and presence within its operational contexts and regions. * Monitor campus advertising campaigns, establish supervision controls, and generate reports via technological tools to maximize campaign effectiveness and optimize resource utilization. * Conduct analyses and propose strategic adjustments to the institution’s prospecting, follow-up, and sales activities.
