Comprehensive management of employee training and development A leading textile industry company is seeking: ***Corporate Training Specialist*** Objective: Plan, coordinate, execute, and evaluate employee training and development programs aligned with the organization's strategic objectives, fostering professional growth and competency enhancement of human talent. **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Psychology, or related field (degree holder) * Minimum 2–3 years of experience in training, organizational development, or personnel training * Experience in Training Needs Analysis (TNA), annual training plans, and program evaluation * Proficiency in LMS platforms (Moodle, TalentLMS, or similar) * Knowledge of the Kirkpatrick Model * Proficiency in training metrics and indicators * Familiarity with SIRCE and DC\-3 * Intermediate/advanced Excel skills **Responsibilities:** * Conduct Training Needs Analysis (TNA) * Design and implement the Annual Training Plan * Coordinate internal and external courses * Manage LMS platforms * Evaluate training effectiveness * Prepare reports and performance indicators * Monitor onboarding processes * Manage training vendors * Promote a culture of continuous learning * Budget control and tracking for training activities **We Offer:** * Gross monthly salary $$15,000 * Statutory benefits * Life insurance * Grocery vouchers * Job stability * Direct employment contract with the company **Skills:** * Responsible * Proactive * Strong verbal communication skills **Schedule:** Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:30 PM If you meet the profile and are interested in developing your career in corporate training, apply through this channel.
