**We are looking for you to join our team, apply if you meet the following profile.** **POSITION:** CIVIL, INDUSTRIAL AND/OR COMMERCIAL CONSTRUCTION SITE RESIDENT **Education**: Degree in Civil Engineering or Architecture, to work directly on-site. **Gender:** No preference **Must have a valid driver's license** **Schedule:** Full time, Monday to Saturday Availability to work at various construction sites. **Experience:** Personnel supervision, dealing with subcontractors, knowledge of construction materials, finishes, drywall, woodwork, glazing, project completion, software such as Sinco, Diazar, construction processes, blueprint interpretation and work volume estimation. **Skills:** Practical, ability to learn, customer-oriented, teamwork, proactive, leadership. **Main Responsibilities:** Conduct site inspections to ensure compliance with construction plans, supervise and monitor construction progress, coordinate subcontractors (payments, invoices, etc.), supervise work finishes (wood, drywall, glazing, etc.), supervise machinery and equipment, ensure materials are used according to estimates and match purchase orders, ensure safety regulations are followed on site, and supervise warehouse staff and security personnel.
