




Job Summary: Perform preventive and corrective maintenance of medical equipment, manage inventories, and provide customer service, contributing to corporate objectives and sales. Key Responsibilities: 1. Preventive and corrective maintenance and management of medical equipment in hospitals and clinics. 2. Customer service and training of medical personnel. 3. Participation in inventory activities and support for corporate objectives. 1\. Understand the company's quality policy, mission, vision, values, and quality objectives. 2\. Perform preventive and corrective maintenance of equipment in hospitals and clinics. 3\. Manage equipment intake and dispatch for customers. 4\. Address reports of incidents and/or equipment failures at customer sites. 5\. Train medical personnel. 6\. Handle all matters related to equipment held by customers and/or warehouses. 7\. Prospect new customers for service and equipment sales. 8\. Support and participate in all activities aligned with corporate objectives. 9\. Assist with product labeling. 10\. Participate in warehouse inventory activities. 11\. Deliver samples for bidding processes. 12\. Administrative tasks (statistics, reporting, etc.) The position is based in the city of Puebla and its surrounding areas.
