Job Summary: We are seeking a proactive and committed professional to ensure tool availability, coordinate repairs, operate machinery, and collaborate with production, quality, and engineering teams. Key Highlights: 1. Ensure tool functionality and coordinate improvements. 2. Advanced operation of machinery and tools such as CNC and lathes. 3. Focus on continuous improvement and problem solving. Main Responsibilities: Ensure tool availability and functionality in production Coordinate repairs and improvements Operate machinery and tools, including lathes, milling machines, CNC, and EDM machines. Adjust injection molds Knowledge of steels, welding, and heat treatments Manufacture of injection molds Engineering changes Collaborate with production, quality, and engineering teams Experience in tooling management Profile: Focus on continuous improvement and problem solving Administrative organization and control Sense of urgency and accountability Industrial/manufacturing experience preferred We seek a proactive, committed individual eager to make things happen.
