We are looking for: SUPERVISION RESIDENT WITH EXPERIENCE IN STRUCTURES \- Availability to travel Objective: Carry out tasks related to site supervision in order to ensure continuous inspection and monitoring of the work, verifying that it is executed according to the project and its specifications. Support the Supervision Manager or Site Supervisor in the administrative control of the project regarding budgets, progress, and scheduling. Requirements: Civil Engineer (Degree and Professional License required) Daily log preparation. Minimum general experience of 5 years as a Supervision Resident, with experience in Land Routes \- Structures * Knowledge of Surveying (equipment and measurement). * Knowledge of Planning and scheduling of machinery productivity. * Knowledge of Regulations: Federal, State, Municipal, and Private Public Works Legislation, SCT regulations and construction systems, AASHTO standards for bridges. * Valid driver's license Experience in: * Execution of Construction Projects. * Effective management of assigned resources; Human and Materials. * Regulations. * Use of surveying equipment and measurement procedures. * Execution, supervision, and control of land route construction projects. Functions: * Verify compliance with work execution on time and correctly. * Document tracking of construction progress activities. * Prepare and present reports related to project progress. * Support the management of human resources under supervision. * Manage, supervise, and safeguard the company's material resources.
