Our main market is the construction of Communications and Transportation infrastructure, as well as services related to planning and projects.* *We are looking for:* ***COORDINATOR OF SUPERVISION*** **Objective:** *To ensure compliance with construction supervision contracts before contracting entities in terms of quality, time, and cost commitments, through planning, organizing, managing, and coordinating activities related to the overall operation of supervision sites.* ***Requirements:*** * Education level: Civil Engineer or related field. **(Degree and license REQUIRED)** * **Minimum of 4 years of experience in a similar position** * Knowledge in managing 2 to 3 simultaneous projects * Age: 35 to 50 years. * Gender: Indifferent. * Road construction projects. * Knowledge of Technical Standards, regulations, specifications, manuals (SCT, NOM, AASHTO, ASTM). * Public Works Law and related services and its regulations. * Field experience in land transportation construction projects as a site resident. * Experience supervising personnel in roles such as Supervision Managers and Supervision Residents. * Experience in cost estimation and bidding projects. * Experience as a Supervision Superintendent ***Functions:*** * *Verify the execution of supervision activities at construction sites.* * *Randomly evaluate by visually comparing records of progress verification and completed work volumes (profiles, cross-sections, surveys, etc.)* * *Review that works are executed according to authorized schedules; verify that the supervision manager has updated progress schedules and informational reports on work execution.* * *Check for the existence of an up-to-date Construction Logbook including notes guaranteeing and supporting all performed activities.* * *Ensure daily construction reports are delivered to the client.* * *Ensure compilation of White Books file.* * *Ensure updated summary of Supervision Cost Estimates by concept.* * *Request and verify weekly personnel list and their assigned tasks.* Job type: Full-time Salary: $28,000.00 - $32,000.00 per month Benefits: * Major medical expense insurance Work location: On-site
