Advanced Excel, Office Suite, SAP System **(MANDATORY).** 2 years of experience as an internal administrative officer. Ability to drive standard vehicles and valid driver's license. Knowledge of administrative and government procedures. **Main responsibilities:** Invoice fixed assets of the organization (vehicle fleet) / EVERY TIME THEY ARE PURCHASED. Handle all procedures related to vehicle registration, re-registration, and circulation cards for the company’s vehicle fleet // WHEN REQUIRED. Process operating licenses for the commercial area // DONE ANNUALLY. Process various permits related to water, property tax (ANNUAL \- MONTHLY). Manage recovery procedures for vehicles involved in accidents with relevant authorities; compile vehicle fleet files to deliver to the administration manager for safekeeping. Prepare statistical reports and submit them monthly and annually to INEGI. Consolidate purchase requests (stationery, cleaning supplies, furniture), manage purchases, payments, and invoicing. Make payments and/or process paperwork at city hall, municipal agencies, CFE, automotive dealerships, SCT. Manage permits for mercantile cargo services. Handle procedures before institutions (IMSS, INFONAVIT, SAT).
