Job Summary: Supervises and coordinates teams, optimizes resources, and ensures compliance with processes to achieve operational efficiency and comprehensive merchandise handling. Key Responsibilities: 1. Team leadership and coordination 2. End-to-end supply chain management 3. Optimization of resources and operational processes Ensure strict adherence to policies, processes, and operational procedures at all times. Coordinate work with other team members to complete tasks on time and to quality standards. Implement and enforce workplace safety, hygiene, cleanliness, and order regulations. Monitor attendance for assigned staff. Identify, provide, and optimize the use of all resources. Verify that personnel ensure the physical integrity of merchandise. Develop work plans. Track individual and team work plans. Evaluate individual and team performance. Provide performance feedback to motivate and improve staff efficiency. Verify order loading and printing. Sort orders by delivery route. Assign picking workload. Monitor picker productivity. Ensure proper product handling during picking.
