Job Profile – Safety Supervisor Employment Type: Field work / availability to travel and temporary relocation as required by project. Job Objective To supervise and ensure compliance with occupational health and safety regulations within industrial and automation projects, guaranteeing safe working conditions for personnel, contractors, and field operations. **Essential Requirements** * Minimum education level: Completed high school. * Updated Curriculum Vitae. * Valid DC3 NOM-031 certification. * Valid DC3 First Aid certification. * Valid DC3 specific safety training certifications, not older than 1 year. * Availability to work outside the state. * Flexible schedule availability. * Minimum 1 year of experience as a Safety Supervisor in industrial, electrical, automation, or construction projects. **Required Knowledge** * Applicable STPS regulations. * Risk analysis. * Work at heights. * Confined space entry. * Lockout/Tagout (LOTO). * Use of personal protective equipment (PPE). * Preparation of work permits. * Incident investigation and reporting. * Supervision of contractor activities. **Main Responsibilities** * Supervise on-site compliance with safety regulations. * Conduct safety inspections. * Identify unsafe acts and conditions. * Deliver safety talks. * Validate work permits. * Manage safety documentation and evidence. * Prepare daily and weekly reports. * Ensure proper use of PPE. * Coordinate preventive and corrective actions. * Track incidents and operational risks.
