Job Summary: Monitors the entry and exit of people and assets, conducts security patrols, assists in incident investigations, and maintains record logs in the logbook. Key Highlights: 1. Comprehensive monitoring of hotel access points and assets. 2. Conducting security patrols and reporting anomalies. 3. Assisting in incident investigations and maintaining record logs. Monitors the entry and exit of guests, visitors, staff, and vendors. -Verifies the entry and exit of packages, items, merchandise, and equipment. -Conducts periodic patrols throughout all hotel areas, reporting all types of anomalies and following up to resolve them. -Protects and preserves hotel facilities and personnel in accordance with established procedures. -Assists in preliminary investigations upon reporting of any incident. -Maintains control through logbook registration of entries for various reasons by vendors, contractors, visitors, etc. -Complies with and verifies implementation of company policies and procedures. -Establishes and maintains effective cooperation with other departments. -Maintains control, via logbook registration, of departmental keys safeguarded in the precori office. -Records vehicle exits, warehouse openings, radio usage, ADR logbook handovers, safe deposit box openings, concentration envelope controls, staff belongings, etc., in the logbook. -Monitors and follows up on the Honeywell system. -Assists any person injured and follows up accordingly. -Cleans the work area.
