Operational support and collaboration with the team **JOB DESCRIPTION** Serves as the primary hostess of the establishment, responsible for ensuring customers receive high-quality service. Their key responsibility is to ensure customers perceive an excellent restaurant image. **PROFESSIONAL COMPETENCIES** * Perform your duties within your area and verify that everything is in order—e.g., telephone line, guest logbook, business cards. Hospitality is the key; customers must feel welcomed, receive a warm greeting, and have their reception managed effectively. * Reservation Management: Assign tables and manage reservations to ensure a positive experience. Organize guest flow and manage waiting lists. Answer phone calls and assist customers with reservations; record them in the logbook and in the application. * Dining Room Management: Monitor table occupancy and optimize wait times. * Customer Service: Provide menus, offer recommendations and specialties. * Operational Support: Collaborate with the manager or captain and notify servers about newly assigned tables; supervise area cleanliness. Maintain high energy and enthusiasm; demonstrate dynamic personality and service orientation. **JOB GOALS AND OUTCOMES** Achieve the highest standard of guest service to foster customer loyalty.
