




Job Summary: We are seeking a professional with hospitality experience to supervise food preparation, buffet service, and service quality, as well as manage kitchen staff and support special events. Key Responsibilities: 1. Supervision of food quality and presentation in hospitality. 2. Management and supervision of kitchen staff tasks. 3. Preparation of food for restaurant, room service, and special events. **REQUIREMENTS:** * Minimum 1 year of experience in this position. (Hospitality experience preferred) * Availability to rotate shifts: Monday to Friday, 7:00–15:00 hrs and 14:00–22:00 hrs; Saturday and Sunday, 6:00–14:00 hrs **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Inspect production lines and refrigerators. * Prepare food. * Prepare buffet. * Inspect food and line preparation. * Supervise implementation of hotel policies regarding food quality and presentation. * Assign and supervise staff tasks. * Advise the chef on planning and preparing food for special events. * Supervise that kitchen food quality complies with the order system authorized by the cashier. * Prepare restaurant and room service. * Submit requisitions to the warehouse. * Prepare main courses. * Instruct cooks. * Monitor pending orders. * Track orders. * Prepare fruit. * Check cleanliness of the work area. **WE OFFER:** * Weekly salary. * Tips. * Grocery vouchers: $1,357.00 * Statutory benefits.
