Job Summary: We are seeking a Supervisor to lead a work team, supervise staff activities, ensure quality standards, and resolve maintenance issues. Key Highlights: 1. Leadership and coordination of multidisciplinary teams. 2. Ensuring quality and safety standards on site. 3. Resolving issues in civil maintenance. We are looking for a Supervisor to join our team! As a Supervisor, you will be responsible for supervising, coordinating, and leading a work team to achieve established objectives and goals. Responsibilities: - Supervise and coordinate activities of personnel under your supervision, including assistants and skilled workers across various trades (e.g., painters, locksmiths, glaziers, carpenters, drainage specialists, drywall installers, etc.). - Ensure compliance with quality, safety, and schedule requirements on site. - Prepare progress reports and monitor resource utilization. - Resolve problems and conflicts arising during maintenance operations. Requirements: - Preferred: Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field. - 4 years of experience in a similar role (site supervisor or civil maintenance supervisor). - Solid knowledge of civil structure maintenance techniques, safety regulations, and maintenance management tools. - Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office suite. - SAP knowledge is desirable. - Google Drive proficiency. - Microsoft Teams proficiency. - AutoCAD proficiency. We Offer: - Monthly net salary ranging from $13,000 to $14,500. - Statutory benefits (Christmas bonus, vacation, vacation premium, IMSS, INFONAVIT). - Stable employment. - Initial training.
