Job Summary: A major automotive group is seeking a Fleet Manager with experience in sales and customer service, responsible for prospecting companies, presenting vehicles, negotiating agreements, and managing the entire fleet sales process. Excellent working environment Due to expansion, a major automotive group requires: FLEET MANAGER REQUIREMENTS: • Education: Completed high school; Bachelor’s degree in Administration or Accounting (preferred). • Experience: Minimum 3 years as Fleet Manager. • Proven experience in automobile fleet sales (mandatory). • Knowledge of: • Sales techniques. • Customer service and support. • General knowledge of vehicle components and operation. • Government agency tender processes. • General administration and accounting. • Excellent spelling and writing skills. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite. RESPONSIBILITIES: • Prospect companies with potential fleet acquisition needs. • Identify purchasing requirements and offer appropriate solutions. • Present vehicles (features, benefits, test drives, etc.). • Offer payment and financing plans (credit, leasing, trade-in). • Negotiate corporate agreements for employee vehicle sales. • Manage administrative procedures related to sales. • Supervise proper vehicle delivery. • Coordinate fleet delivery with complete documentation. • Conduct post-sale follow-up to ensure customer satisfaction. • Prepare prospecting and sales reports. WE OFFER: • $25,000 monthly gross (first 3 months), thereafter $15,000 monthly gross + commissions. • Benefits: IMSS, INFONAVIT, Christmas bonus, vacation, vacation premium. • Excellent working environment. • Medium-term growth opportunity. • Working hours: Monday–Friday 9:00–7:30; Saturday 9:00–2:00. • Work location: Puebla, Puebla.
