Identification of opportunity areas and improvement proposals We are seeking an Auditor with a background in Accounting, Actuarial Science, or Industrial Engineering, focused on information analysis, process improvement, and internal control within the organization. The ideal candidate possesses intermediate to advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, formulas, databases, and charts), as well as experience preparing managerial reports, inventory control, and knowledge of the automotive industry. Responsibilities: * Auditing internal portals to detect and report findings (shifts, incidents, and overtime). * Validation and approval of overtime based on internal records. * Auditing administrative and operational processes according to business needs. * Identifying opportunity areas and proposing improvements for business units. * Evaluating operational and administrative proposals. * Following up on meetings with internal departments for decision-making. * Controlling and approving cost centers for newly hired personnel. * Validating internal personnel transfers (unit changes vs. headcount). * Preparing weekly, monthly, and annual Headcount (HC) reports.
