At **ARPA GROUP**, we are looking for a CRM Support Specialist with strong analytical skills and a *front\-office* focus to join our team. **Position Objective:** You will serve as the first point of contact to ensure our CRM platform operates flawlessly, helping **Sales, Marketing, and Customer Service** teams optimize their interactions and processes. **Your Main Responsibilities:** * **Specialized Technical Support:** Resolve incidents and answer questions regarding CRM platform usage. * **Front\-Office Management:** Configure workflows, database segmentation, and sales funnels. * **Process Optimization:** Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to improve lead capture and customer follow\-up. * **Training:** Develop quick reference guides and conduct training sessions for new software users. * **Data Maintenance:** Ensure data integrity and cleanliness within the system. **Desired Profile:** * **Education:** Bachelor’s degree or engineering in Computer Science, Information Technology, Technology Management, or related field (current students or graduates). * **Experience:** Minimum 1 year in software support; experience with CRMs (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar) is preferred. * **Knowledge:** Solid understanding of the customer lifecycle (Sales and Marketing). * **Skills:** Excellent communication, patience for technical support, and proactivity. **What We Offer:** * **Monthly Salary:** $15,000\.00 MXN gross. * **Benefits exceeding statutory requirements** * **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM * **Work Mode:** On\-site * Opportunities for growth and continuous training on cutting\-edge tools.
