**Process Supervisor** **Position Type:** Full-time **Position Description** Responsible for ensuring the proper execution, control, and continuous improvement of operational processes within the organization. In charge of supervising activities, analyzing measurement parameters, identifying areas for improvement, presenting results via charts, and coordinating the team to achieve objectives. **Requirements** Age: 23 to 30 years old. Education: Industrial Engineering, Automotive Systems Engineering, or related field. Experience in process management and optimization. Time management and task prioritization. **Main Responsibilities** Supervise and monitor operational and administrative processes. Identify improvement opportunities and propose solutions. Coordinate and lead the work team. Prepare performance reports and indicators. Ensure achievement of objectives and adherence to established timelines. Implement continuous improvements in processes. **Working Hours** Monday to Friday: 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. Saturday: 9:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. Others: Valid driver's license. Indicate undergraduate final GPA.
