Position Summary: Provide basic technical support to users and assist in the maintenance of the organization's computer equipment, networks, and information systems. Key Responsibilities: 1. Provides technical support to users (hardware and software) 2. Assists in preventive and corrective maintenance of equipment 3. Diagnoses technical failures and proposes solutions **INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY ASSISTANT** **Position Objective:** Provide basic technical support to users, as well as assist in preventive and corrective maintenance of the organization's computer equipment, networks, and information systems. **Functions and Responsibilities:** * Provide technical support to users (hardware and software). * Install and configure computer equipment. * Install and update software programs and operating systems. * Diagnose technical failures and propose solutions. * Assist with data backups. * Document incidents and solutions. **Education:** * Bachelor’s degree in Systems, Computer Science, Information Technology or related field. **Technical Knowledge:** * Operating systems (Windows, basic Linux). * Basic networking (IP, cabling, WiFi). * Computer equipment maintenance. * Office suite applications. * Software installation. * Basic cybersecurity. **Skills:** * Problem solving. * Teamwork. * Organization. * Attention to detail. **Interested candidates:** Send CV to recursosh@solarmedical.com.mx via direct message.
