This role is not merely about creating content; it is about **converting attention into sales**. We want someone who understands how to connect with audiences, build communities, and drive that interest toward commercial results using digital tools and AI. You do not need to be an expert at video recording: we seek someone who knows how to **think, create, and scale content**. **Responsibilities** * Conceptualize viral and creative content for social media (TikTok, Instagram, etc.). * Use AI tools to generate content (text, images, video, automation). * Rapidly identify and adapt to emerging trends. * Manage and grow the digital community. * Design conversion-focused content (not just reach). * Create and optimize simple sales funnels (DMs, landing pages, links, etc.). * Support digital launches, promotions, and offers. * Analyze content and sales metrics to improve performance. **Requirements** * Very high creativity (the most important qualification). * Familiarity with AI tools (ChatGPT, Midjourney, CapCut AI, etc.). * Understanding of social media platforms and viral content. * Clear grasp of digital selling fundamentals (even if basic). * Ability to execute ideas quickly. * Results-oriented mindset (growth + sales). * Professional video recording skills are not required. **Plus (not mandatory)** * Experience in digital sales, e-commerce, or infoproducts. * Experience working with funnels, automations, or campaigns. * Experience growing accounts or personal brands. **We Offer** * True creative freedom. * Direct impact on growth and sales. * Opportunity for accelerated growth. * A dynamic, results-driven work environment. * Statutory benefits.
