Responsibilities: * Reception and customer service: Receive visitors and direct them, manage entry and exit registration, and operate the telephone switchboard. * Correspondence and logistics: Sort and distribute mail, coordinate messenger and package delivery services. * Schedule management: Manage appointments and meetings, ensure punctuality when coordinating with clients and suppliers. * Internal and external communication: Provide information to visitors and handle incoming calls. * Support to other departments: Assist various organizational departments by following specific instructions for executing tasks such as material delivery, etc. Skills and Competencies: * Excellent customer service attitude * Professional personal appearance * Clear and effective communication (verbal and written) * Ability to solve problems quickly and efficiently * Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritize activities * Responsible handling of sensitive and confidential information * Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) * Experience operating a telephone switchboard and managing email Education: \- Bachelor's degree in Administration or related field. Minimum 1 year of experience in reception or customer service.
