We are passionate about service and excellence in distribution.** Position: **WORKSHOP ADMINISTRATOR / ANALYST** * **Department:** Maintenance / Operations * **Reports to:** Workshop Manager / Maintenance Manager **Job Objective** Guarantee the proper functioning, control, and analysis of mechanical and refrigeration system maintenance processes through technical supervision, failure diagnosis, and operational data analysis, to ensure equipment efficiency and minimize downtime. **Functions and Responsibilities** * Analyze the performance of mechanical equipment and refrigeration systems. * Prepare technical reports on failures, repairs, and preventive and corrective maintenance. * Manage work orders and track maintenance activities. * Diagnose failures in mechanical, electrical, and refrigeration systems. * Coordinate and verify work performed by internal or external technicians. * Maintain inventory control of spare parts and tools. * Generate workshop performance indicators (KPIs). * Propose improvements to maintenance processes. * Ensure compliance with safety and hygiene standards. * Document maintenance procedures and logs. **Experience** * Database management (pivot tables, data analysis, reporting) * General knowledge of mechanical components **Competencies** * Information analysis * Problem solving * Organization and control * Teamwork * Effective communication * Results orientation Salary: $10,400.00 per month Benefits: * Life insurance * Grocery vouchers Workplace: On-site employment
