Real growth within an expanding company **Who We Are** We are Grupo Goodwill, a wholesale distributor with over 15 years in the Mexican market. We work with our own cosmetic brands (Bausse), hardware, plumbing fixtures, and lighting products. We are a high-performance team that refuses to settle for average—if you do too, keep reading. **The Role** We seek a Credit and Collections Assistant who will take full ownership of portfolio recovery. You will manage active accounts, follow up promptly with each client, and serve as a key contributor to maintaining the company’s financial health—delivering real, measurable results. **Your Responsibilities** * Manage and monitor client portfolios with outstanding balances * Contact clients via phone, email, and WhatsApp to negotiate and secure payments * Record and update the status of each account in the management system * Identify at-risk accounts and escalate critical cases promptly * Negotiate payment agreements in compliance with company policies * Generate collection progress reports and present periodic results * Coordinate with the sales department to maintain healthy client relationships **What We’re Looking For** * Proven collections experience, preferably in commercial or distribution companies * Genuine negotiation skills: knowing when to push and when to yield * Clear, direct, and professional communication—by phone, in writing, and in person * Ability to manage multiple accounts simultaneously without losing attention to detail * Proficiency in Excel or portfolio management systems * Productive mindset: we measure recovery—not calls per minute * RESPONSIBLE and DISCIPLINED attitude: numbers don’t lie, and accountability is expected here * Pressure tolerance and results orientation **What We Offer** * Opportunity to join a high-performance team * An environment where ideas are heard and executed * Real growth within an expanding company On-site work in Puebla with a young and dynamic team Employment type: Full-time Salary: $12,000\.00 per month Work location: On-site employment
