




Logistics and transportation company has an opening for a Human Resources Manager in Puebla with HC of 60 to 70 people. **Schedule:** * Monday to Friday: 09:00 to 18:00 hrs. * Saturdays: 09:00 to 15:00 hrs. **Salary:** * $18,000 \- $23,000 net. * Statutory benefits. **Technical Requirements:** * Bachelor's degree in Administration, Psychology, Industrial Relations or related fields. * 3 to 5 years of experience in similar positions in human resources or personnel administration. **Knowledge in:** * Federal Labor Law (LFT), IMSS, Infonavit and labor regulations. * Payroll systems and intermediate level Excel. * Preparation and updating of employee files. * Vendor management and office maintenance (basic level). **Skills and Competencies:** * Proactivity and initiative to propose improvements. * Organization, planning and follow-up. * Resilience and tolerance to pressure. * Excellent communication and negotiation skills. * Teamwork and collaborative leadership. * Positive attitude focused on building a healthy work environment. * High sense of responsibility and commitment. **Main Responsibilities:** * Coordinate and execute human resources management activities. * Foster a positive and collaborative work environment. * Supervise control of physical and digital employee records. * Support in the preparation and execution of payroll. * Keep job profiles and descriptions updated. * Manage procedures with IMSS, Infonavit and STPS (hires, terminations, modifications and reports). * Coordinate hiring and offboarding processes. * Collaborate in audits and regulatory compliance. * Design and monitor HR management indicators (turnover, absenteeism, work climate). * Conduct employee satisfaction and climate surveys, analyze results and propose improvements. * Coordinate recruitment and selection processes (job postings, interviews, hiring). * Follow up on training and development plans. * Generate payroll and incident reports to ensure timely and accurate payments. * Supervise the application of internal policies and work regulations. * Support organizational communication and strengthening of workplace culture. * Coordinate safety and hygiene campaigns together with other departments. * Handle material resource incidents and ensure their timely resolution. * Manage service providers related to maintenance and office supplies.
