




**At Oxford Consulting**, a national strategic consulting firm, we are seeking an **Operational Recruiter** with energy, a results-oriented mindset, and strong organizational skills, responsible for attracting, contacting, and following up with candidates for the hiring of fiber optic installation technicians. **Position Objective:** Efficiently manage candidate contact, registration, and follow-up to ensure compliance with requirements and timely enrollment in training courses, with a consistent focus on goals and productivity.
