Provide customer service for any questions or information needed, and prepare sampling schedules. Carry out scheduled sampling and/or sample collection, ensuring proper sampling and sample integrity from collection through delivery and registration at the laboratory, following all laboratory test material handling guidelines. 2. Implement the sampling plan and methodology as established by laboratory procedures to support compliance with current NMX-EC-17025-IMNC requirements. 3. Enter orders into the assigned system and ensure accurate data entry, verifying correct completion of analysis requests. Collect all relevant data and observations on service requests and/or the assigned system, confirming that all required data has been provided and confirmed by the client's signature for correct registration of all samples delivered to the laboratory. 4. Provide and complete applicable forms on-site when the client expresses a need to request information, make modifications or additions to agreed terms, file a complaint or non-conformity, or request sample retention or other actions, and deliver them to the appropriate department for timely follow-up. 5. Deliver test reports within the agreed timeframe, ensuring their reliability and confidentiality, as well as deliver invoices and collect cash payments for designated services. 6. Assist in developing proposals for sampling routes. 7. Record corresponding data in observations when samples do not meet adequate specifications. Detect non-conforming products, inform the client, and gather necessary data to communicate to the involved laboratory departments for re-sampling or taking required actions, subject to the client’s signed authorization. 8.
