We are looking for a committed, responsible, and detail-oriented **Quality Assistant** to perform **field sample collection**, ensuring compliance with **current procedures and health regulations**. Your work will be essential in guaranteeing that samples sent to the laboratory are **reliable, representative, and of high quality**, contributing to meeting the highest sanitary standards. ### **Main Responsibilities** * Carry out sample collection according to established plans and procedures. * Ensure sample integrity, traceability, and proper recording until delivery to the laboratory. * Accurately complete analysis request forms and record observations in the assigned system. * Provide customer service and guidance during operations, managing requests or incidents. * Deliver test reports, invoices, and payments on time. * Maintain inventory of materials and optimal condition of sampling equipment. * Assist in internal and external audits, implementing corrective actions when necessary. * Comply with laboratory-established quality, safety, and hygiene guidelines. ### **Requirements** * **Education:** Completed high school, technical degree, or bachelor's degree in Administration, Chemistry, Agricultural Engineering, or related field (graduated or in final internship phase). * **Valid driver's license (mandatory).** * **Minimum experience:** 6 months in sample collection or similar field activities. ### **Desirable Knowledge** * NOM\-230\-SSA1 and current sanitary procedures. * Fundamentals of Microbiology and basic Chemistry. * Good Laboratory Practices (GLP). * Water, food, and surface sampling methods. * Handling of sterile materials, thermometers, scales, and coolers. * Basic Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). ### **Competencies and Values** * Responsibility and commitment. * Attention to detail and adherence to regulations. * Friendly demeanor and good communication skills. * Strong writing and spelling abilities. * Positive attitude and willingness to learn. * Adaptability and ability to work under pressure. ### **We Offer** * **Monthly salary:** $8,000 to $9,500 net. * **Punctuality and attendance bonuses:** $1,500 (starting after 3 months). * **Statutory benefits from day one.** * **Overtime pay.** * **Continuous training and job stability.** * Excellent work environment and opportunities for professional growth. ### **Become part of a company committed to excellence and sanitary safety!** If you are motivated by fieldwork, precision, and continuous improvement, **send your CV and join our quality team.**
