**JOB OPENING: Electromechanical Technician** **Industry:** Sanitary paper manufacturing **Location:** YAUHQUEMEHCAN **Schedule:** Rotating shifts (morning – afternoon – night) **Employment type:** Full-time **Job Description** We are seeking an **Electromechanical Technician** with experience in industrial plants to support the operation, maintenance, and improvement of machinery used in sanitary paper production. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring continuous operation of electromechanical equipment, identifying failures, and performing preventive and corrective maintenance. **Key Responsibilities** * Perform **preventive and corrective maintenance** on industrial machinery (converters, rewinders, packaging machines, boilers, compressors, etc.). * Diagnose **electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic** failures. * Inspect and adjust control systems, sensors, basic PLCs, frequency inverters, and electrical panels. * Ensure proper operation of motors, conveyor belts, rollers, bearings, and production lines. * Document maintenance activities in the internal system and generate reports. * Participate in continuous improvement projects to optimize production time. * Comply with industrial safety standards and report hazards or deviations. **Requirements** * Technical degree in Electromechanics, Mechatronics, Industrial Electricity, or related field. * Minimum **2 years of experience** in manufacturing plants (preferably paper, packaging, or continuous-process industries). * Solid knowledge of: * Electric motors, gear reducers, and power transmission systems. * Pneumatics and hydraulics. * Reading electrical and mechanical diagrams. * Frequency inverters and electrical control systems. * Ability to work under pressure and solve technical problems. * Availability for rotating shifts and weekend work (if required). **We Offer** * Competitive salary (based on experience). * Statutory and above-statutory benefits. * Overtime pay. * Ongoing training and growth opportunities. * Uniforms, safety equipment, and on-site cafeteria. * A safe working environment and a culture of responsible work.
