Profile: * Electronic, mechatronic or mechanical engineer, or technician in electronics, electromechanics, mechatronics, or related field. * 3 years of experience in similar positions within the automotive sector. * Preferred knowledge in: Plastic injection, plastic injection machines (Engel, KuKa) and ABB robots. * Experience in interpreting hydraulic, electrical and mechanical drawings, refrigeration systems (preferably Frigel), vacuum systems, plant maintenance. * Teamwork, problem solving and effective communication. * Knowledge of ISO 9001, ISO 50001, IATF 16949, VDA6\.3, ISO14001\. Responsibilities: * Repair external injection components. * Update instructions. * Perform weekly preventive tasks. * Receive maintenance requests: preventive, corrective and improvement. * Carry out corrective maintenance. * Execute scheduled maintenance on Engel injection machines, Kuka robots, cooling and vacuum systems. * Execute maintenance plans and/or programs in the maintenance software. * Comply with scheduled maintenance in the maintenance software. * Keep spare parts inventory updated within the maintenance software (spare parts control). * Coordinate work with external vendors ensuring each vendor complies with established safety requirements and quality of requested work. * Participate in spare parts control (inventories). * Comply with requirements of applicable automotive industry standards. * Report unsafe conditions and actions, as well as misuse of machines, tools and equipment.
