Job Description: **I. Leadership, Staff Management, and Training** * • **Lead and motivate** the advisory team to achieve and exceed daily and monthly sales targets. • * Implement our **coaching program** and conduct 1:1 performance reviews, ensuring talent development and clear understanding of responsibilities. * Foster a **work environment of respect and collaboration** and apply corrective action plans for underperformance. **II. Operational Management and Inventory Control** * Analyze daily **KPIs** (Conversion Rate, AVT, UPT) to identify and execute sales strategies. * Supervise **inventory management** (ordering, receiving, shrinkage) to ensure **Inventory Accuracy** and minimize losses. * Control store operating expenses and accurately manage cash handling and financial reports. **III. Customer Experience and Brand** * Act as **Custodian of the Service Standard**, ensuring all greeting and advisory protocols are followed. * Lead ***Visual Merchandising***, ensuring the store layout and testers reflect brand excellence and hygiene standards. * Handle **complex customer complaints**, turning dissatisfaction into loyalty.
