




Job Summary: A professional responsible for implementing operational policies and management guidelines to ensure optimal maintenance of equipment and facilities. Key Highlights: 1. Implements operational policies and integrated management systems. 2. Maintains equipment and facilities in optimal condition. 3. Performs preventive maintenance and handles work orders. **PRIMARY FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES** **Functions:** * Implements the organization’s established operational policies. * Implements guidelines of the Integrated Management System. * Implements guidelines of the Food Safety Management System. * Knows and applies the company’s Quality Policy. * Complies with Good Manufacturing Practices. * Knows and applies the company’s mission, vision, and values. * Performs assigned tasks from the weekly preventive maintenance program. * Reviews and executes assigned work orders (corrective, improvement, special work, TPM). * Requests materials and spare parts. * Completes departmental reports. * Participates, if requested, in other general safety activities. * Inspects air conditioning units. * Inspects cyclonic mesh. * Inspects main gate. * Maintains effective communication with colleagues. * Keeps work area and tools clean and organized. * Performs any other activities as determined by the immediate supervisor (including administrative or operational tasks). * Reports pending and completed activities to the immediate supervisor. * Reports any irregular conduct to the direct supervisor. * Reports any equipment damage, even if not under their responsibility. * Wears uniform correctly. * Uses appropriate personal protective equipment at designated times. * Uses tools with their proper built-in protections. **Responsibilities:** * Maintains equipment and facilities under their responsibility in optimal condition. * Ensures compliance with maintenance programs. * Executes assigned work orders. **REQUIRED COMPETENCIES:** * Cutting and welding * Industrial mechanics * Industrial electricity * Hydraulics, plumbing * Industrial-commercial refrigeration * Masonry * Sheet metal work **EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, AND TECHNICAL KNOWLEDGE:** * Technical degree in Electromechanics, Electrician, Electronics, or completed high school * Knowledge of preventive, predictive, corrective maintenance, and TPM * Ability to interpret architectural drawings (layouts) **ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS:** * Proactive * Self-directed Employment type: Full-time Salary: Starting from $1,000.00 per month Benefits: * Savings fund * Free parking * Medical expense insurance * Dental insurance * Life insurance * Cafeteria service Education: * Incomplete or ongoing higher technical education (Preferred) Experience: * Welding: 1 year (Mandatory) * Electromechanics: 1 year (Mandatory) * Electrical installations: 2 years (Mandatory) * MIG welding: 1 year (Mandatory) Work location: On-site employment
