Job Summary: This role focuses on compliance with quality KPIs, audit support, SGC efficiency, and leadership for continuous improvement and Six Sigma projects. Key Highlights: 1. Compliance with quality KPIs and management of audits. 2. Leadership for continuous improvement and problem resolution. 3. Development of Six Sigma projects for cost savings and productivity. Meet and monitor quality KPIs such as scrap rate, calibration status, and timely responses to internal and external customer complaints. Conduct and support IATF, VDA 6\.3, CQIs, and CSR (customer-specific requirements) audits. Verify the efficiency and effectiveness of the SGC in the production process. Provide guidance to Quality Engineers and Technicians to ensure timely PPAP submissions. Ensure maintenance and proper management of measurement equipment ("gages") using the correct MSA methodology. Ensure leadership skills are applied to interact with production, logistics, process, project, quality, and corporate teams to resolve day \- to \- day issues and generate ideas contributing to continuous improvement. Develop Six Sigma projects to generate cost savings and enhance plant productivity.
