EXPERIENCE: Experience in Management and administration of Diesel Truck and Tractor Unit fleets. Management and oversight of more than 300 diesel trucks Personnel management Knowledge of: Cummins ISX engines, transmissions, differentials, X15, Detroit Diesel engines, ddc15, ddc13, series 60, etc. Knowledge in using Insite Parameter configuration Fuel efficiency performance RESPONSIBILITIES Create scheduling calendar for units maintenance Schedule corrective maintenance Plan maintenance activities according to schedule Handle and follow up on roadside assistance rescues Report vehicles serviced through roadside rescue Creation, development and achievement of KPIs COMPETENCIES High management capability Negotiation and planning skills Strong sense of urgency We offer statutory and superior benefits.
