




**Job Description:** Properly monitor the personnel working in the field to measure their time. Make quality calls to determine whether field personnel comply with the processes and policies established by the company. **Specific Activities:** * Monitor assigned personnel vehicles through the platform. * Complete the daily vehicle route form. * Send the daily file to manager and assistant manager before 5:00 p.m. * Request folders for data entry to perform calls. * Conduct quality calls to customers. * Conduct quality calls to installers. * Send call reports to manager and assistant manager. **REQUIREMENTS** * Education: Associate degree or High school diploma. * Experience: Use of satellite tracking platforms, customer service. * Skills: Proficiency in Excel software. * Polite and courteous manner. * Flexible schedule availability. * Communication skills.
