We are looking for a results-focused leader to supervise and enhance the performance of our stores. **Position Objective:** Supervise retail outlet operations, ensuring achievement of commercial objectives, service standards, and profitability. **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree in commercial fields * Minimum 2 years’ experience in sales or retail supervision * Leadership and team management * Results-oriented approach and customer service * **Willingness to relocate** **Main Responsibilities:** * Supervision of stores and sales staff * Monitoring of sales targets and KPIs * Training and development of the team * Inventory control and product display * Implementation of sales strategies * Reporting on results and areas for improvement * Handling and resolution of incidents **We Offer:** * Statutory benefits * Professional growth * Schedule: 11:00 am to 9:00 pm, Monday to Friday Work Location: ***Santa Cruz los Ángeles, Puebla, Pue., (with willingness to relocate to CDMX)*** Salary: $15,000\.00 per month Workplace: On-site employment
