Responsibilities * Provide customer service and follow-up from the initial inquiry through product delivery. * Deliver clear and timely information regarding products, availability, and delivery timelines. * Coordinate and monitor deliveries, ensuring adherence to agreed timelines and conditions. * Verify inventory, documentation, and order status prior to merchandise dispatch. * Monitor deliveries until successful completion, proactively resolving incidents. * Document every interaction in CRM / Help Desk (Zendesk, Gorgias, or similar) to ensure traceability and analysis. * Identify opportunities to improve customer service processes and overall customer experience. What we’re looking for in you: * Minimum education: **Completed high school**. * **Minimum 1 year of mandatory experience** in customer service, call centers, e-commerce, or retail. * Experience serving customers via **chat, email, phone, WhatsApp, and social media**. * **Excellent verbal and written communication skills.** * Service-oriented mindset, strong organizational skills, and follow-up capability. * Ability to handle multiple cases simultaneously and resolve incidents with empathy.
