Description

Job Summary: BIM model coordination and integration, interference detection, 4D simulation, and support in quantity take-offs for projects. Key Responsibilities: 1. BIM model coordination and integration 2. Interference detection and analysis (clash detection) 3. 4D simulation and preparation of virtual walkthroughs Responsibilities: * Integration and coordination of BIM models (architecture, structure, and MEP). * Detection and analysis of interferences (clash detection). * Generation of conflict reports and tracking of corrections. * 4D simulation (linking with construction schedule). * Support in quantity take-offs and review of volumes. * Preparation of virtual walkthroughs and technical presentations. * Coordination with designers and construction teams.
