




At CONECTASUR, a leading company in the telecommunications industry, we are seeking a highly organized and proactive Administrative Manager responsible for overseeing, coordinating, and optimizing the company's administrative, financial, and operational processes. The primary objective of this role is to ensure efficient use of resources, compliance with internal policies, and continuous improvement of administrative procedures to support the organization's sustained growth. What will you do in this role? You will help our sales team (located across various parts of the country) operate in an orderly and efficient manner. You will interact with other internal departments such as administration, marketing, and human resources. \*Key Responsibilities:\* 1\. Prepare quotations. 2\. Process check collections and supplier payments. 3\. Issue invoices. 4\. Payroll reconciliation and severance processing. 5\. Proficiency in Excel (basic/intermediate). 6\. Monitor sales executive units. 7\. Handle travel expense payments/reimbursements. 8\. Invoicing. 9\. Petty cash management. 10\. Bank reconciliations. 11\.
