What will you do in this role? You will help our sales team (located in different parts of the country) operate in an orderly and efficient manner. You will interact with other internal departments such as administration, marketing, and human resources. \*Activities:\* 1\. Preparation of quotations. 2\. Collection of checks and payments to suppliers. 3\. Issuance of invoices. 4\. Payroll and severance reconciliation. 5\. Proficiency in Excel (basic / intermediate). 6\. Monitoring of sales executive units. 7\. Travel expense payments/reimbursements. 8\. Invoicing. 9\. Petty cash management. 10\. Bank reconciliations. 11\.
