




Job Summary: This role involves managing production priorities, updating system information, ensuring timely material availability, and generating work orders to support production execution. Key Highlights: 1. Manage production priorities and customer follow-up. 2. Ensure material availability and generate work orders. 3. Feed the production plan and material details into the system. Main Responsibilities * Review the "customer follow-up" file generated by the Operations Directorate, where the General Directorate specifies production priorities. * Maintain up-to-date information in the Management System (Microsip). * Ensure required materials are available on the production floor at the requested time and in the requested quantity. * Enter all items specified in the Production Plan into the system (Microsip), precisely indicating the material required per product (spiral weight, paper weight), including sales codes per customer. * Generate work orders and ensure they are placed on the production floor (assigning machines and operators) for production execution. * Understand and comprehend the company's strategy.
