Teamwork and a dynamic, high-level working environment **Cook – La Barra de Fran \& Ultramarinos de Fran** **Location:** Mexico City (Polanco) **Department:** Kitchen **Reports to:** Head Chef **Job Description** We are looking for a **Cook** to join the team of **La Barra de Fran and Ultramarinos de Fran**, Spanish cuisine gastronomic concepts located in Polanco. The position requires professional kitchen experience, organization, commitment, and the ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic, high-level environment. **Main Responsibilities** * Preparation and execution of dishes according to recipes and group standards. * Daily mise en place and support during service. * Compliance with hygiene, cleaning, and food safety regulations. * Proper handling of ingredients, supplies, and kitchen tools. * Support in controlling waste and product rotation. * Coordinated work with kitchen and front-of-house teams. **Requirements** * Prior experience as a cook in restaurants or hotels. * Knowledge of Spanish or Mediterranean cuisine (preferred). * Ability to work under pressure and as part of a team. * Responsible, organized, and proactive individual. * Flexible availability regarding working hours. **We Offer** * Competitive salary commensurate with experience. * Statutory benefits. * Job stability within an established gastronomic group. * Positive work environment and opportunities for growth.
