




We are looking for a Telemarketing Executive with strong communication, persuasion, and customer service skills to contact prospects and clients with the goal of promoting our products/services and closing sales. The candidate will be responsible for generating appointments, following up with prospects, and keeping the commercial database updated. **Main Responsibilities:** Make calls to promote the company's products or services. Generate leads and follow up with them until conversion is achieved. Coordinate and schedule appointments for the sales team. Answer incoming calls and provide clear and accurate information. Update and manage the customer database. Meet daily and monthly call and sales targets. Prepare activity and results reports. **Requirements:** **Completed high school diploma or technical degree (preferred:** ongoing or incomplete bachelor’s degree). Minimum of 6 months to 1 year of experience in telemarketing, sales, or customer service. Excellent diction, voice tone, and communication skills. Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office and CRM systems (preferred). Results-oriented with a proactive attitude. Frustration tolerance and ability to handle objections.
