You will be responsible for providing strong leadership, fostering a professional work environment, and ensuring excellent customer service and attention. Your objective will be to maintain optimal inventory control, restocking, proper product display and labeling, and overall store organization. ### **Profile Requirements** * Work Experience (Essential): In similar or related positions such as store supervisors. * Knowledge and Experience: Inventory control, FIFO management, cash audits and cash register closures, goods receipt, ensuring proper store operation, supervising correct arrangement, display, labeling, and restocking * Experience in personnel management * Proficiency in Office software * Minimum 5 years residence in the city of Puebla or metropolitan area. ### **Key Responsibilities** * **Team and Operations Management:** Coordinate the sales team in daily operations, including merchandise arrangement and labeling. Assign and follow up on achievement of objectives by subordinates. Plan staff activities and train new employees. * **Administration and Finance:** Open the store (deactivate alarm, open on time). Check terminals and prepare cash float. Perform end-of-day closing procedures and reconcile store expenses. * **Inventory and Merchandise Management:** Receive goods from suppliers, thoroughly inspect and enter invoices into the system. Verify 100% of documentation and quantity for each order. Coordinate labeling of all merchandise. Ensure correct arrangement, display, and restocking. * **Customer Service and Sales:** Process sales payments (cash and card). Make decisions regarding warranties and authorize special discounts.
