Weekends from Thursday to Sunday A recognized restaurant is seeking a Hot Line Cook with passion for gastronomy, positive attitude, and commitment to quality. You will be responsible for the preparation and presentation of hot dishes, ensuring compliance with the restaurant's established standards of taste, presentation, and hygiene. **Requirements:** **Minimum Education:** Completed high school. **Experience:** Minimum 1 year in hot kitchen (restaurants, hotels, or industrial dining). Flexible availability. Excellent personal appearance and service attitude. **Personal Skills and Attitudes:** Service-oriented and teamwork attitude. Honesty and responsibility. Proactivity and attention to detail. Effective communication and organization. Passion for cooking and continuous learning. **Main Responsibilities:** Prepare and cook dishes from the hot line area according to recipes and restaurant quality standards. Know and apply proper cooking times and methods for each food item. Verify dish quality, flavor, texture, and presentation before delivery. Correctly apply food preservation, storage, and rotation techniques. Detect and discard spoiled food by smell, color, or taste.
