Job Summary: We are seeking an Electromechanical Engineer or related professional to coordinate repairs, manage staff, and administer inventory at a new branch. Key Responsibilities: 1. Coordination of mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic repairs. 2. Management of work teams and customer service. 3. Use of ERP systems and KPI management. DUE TO THE OPENING OF A NEW BRANCH AT PARQUE FINSA, WE ARE SEEKING: PROFILE: * Degree in Electromechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related field. * Experience managing permanent staff of more than 15 people. * Experience in inventory administration, warehouse operations, and repair orders. * Knowledge of diagnosis and repair of agricultural machinery, gardening equipment, household appliances, white goods, or related equipment. * Availability to rotate shifts. RESPONSIBILITIES: * Coordinate repair orders for mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic equipment. * Assign tasks to the work team. * Provide customer service. * Generate repair reports. * Manage KPIs. * Operate ERP systems (SAP, SuccessFactors, Intelesis).
