Position Objective: Coordinate all preliminary activities and necessary work to implement and complete general maintenance and air conditioning projects across branches and administrative offices of Grupo Financiero Banorte. Each day brings new and interesting challenges within your role, for which you will be responsible for: * Review general maintenance and electromechanical projects, budgets, and construction schedules for validation. * Jointly develop, with the Maintenance Manager, preventive and corrective maintenance programs for general facilities and for air conditioning equipment renewal, as well as electrical infrastructure, and monitor compliance with these programs. * Coordinate participation of Systems, Security, Communications, Procurement, and General Services departments in executing electromechanical work. * Supervise and review budgets and cost estimates for general maintenance and electromechanical projects, ensuring adherence to authorized parameters, and track the corresponding administrative process for each project from initiation through administrative closure under the coordination and supervision of the Maintenance Manager. * Implement strategies to minimize deviations and identify cost savings in processes. * Attend inspection visits and physical acceptance and handover validations for general maintenance work and electromechanical projects executed at branches and administrative buildings. * Reconcile discrepancies and disputes arising during work execution with contractors, jointly with the Maintenance Manager, seeking fair agreements for both the Bank and the Contractor. * Prepare and compile progress presentations for various projects. * Apply Institutional Regulations * Management of on-duty personnel for territory-based electromechanical projects. Requirements: * Professional education: Electromechanical Engineer or related degree * Years of experience: 3 years * Areas of expertise: Electromechanical project administration, supervision, and administrative monitoring and control. * Required knowledge: Microsoft Office suite, AutoCAD, measurement tools for air conditioning and electrical installations. * Languages: Basic English * Willingness to travel: N/A * Willingness to relocate: N/A At Banorte, we operate under a principle of equal opportunity.
