**We are looking for you to join our work team, apply if you meet the following profile.** **POSITION:** CIVIL, INDUSTRIAL AND/OR COMMERCIAL CONSTRUCTION RESIDENT **Education**: Degree in Civil Engineering or Architecture, to work directly on-site. **Gender:** Indistinct **Must have a valid driver's license** **Schedule:** Full time, Monday through Saturday Availability to work at various construction sites. **Experience:** Personnel supervision, interaction with subcontractors, knowledge of construction materials, finishes, drywall, woodwork, cabinetry, project completion, software such as Sinco, Diazar, construction processes, blueprint interpretation and generation of work volumes. **Skills:** Practical, ability to learn, customer orientation, teamwork, proactive, leadership. **Main Responsibilities:** Conduct site visits to ensure compliance with construction plans, supervise and monitor construction progress, coordinate subcontractors (payments, invoices, etc.), supervise finishing work (wood, drywall, cabinetry, etc.), oversee machinery and equipment, ensure materials are used according to estimates and match purchase orders, verify that safety regulations are followed on site, as well as supervise warehouse staff and security personnel.
