* Branch Manager SCHEDULE: * Monday to Friday 9:30 a.m. – 6:00 p.m. * Saturday 9:00 a.m. – 2:30 p.m. CHARACTERISTICS: F e m a l e * Engineering or Bachelor's degree * Experience: Minimum 2 years in a similar position * Knowledge and skills: Leadership, communication, strategic thinking, conflict resolution, negotiation, results orientation, service quality, values management, commercial processes, project development, sales indicators, and customer service.
