




A 100% Mexican company dedicated to logistics and international transportation, with over 20 years in the market offering air, maritime, and land transportation services for imports and exports. It has several offices across Mexico. Main responsibilities: * Selling freight forwarding services (air, sea, and land). * Experience generating and closing new accounts (not just existing ones). * Prospecting and developing clients in the international logistics and transportation sector. * Offering customized forwarding solutions tailored to each client's needs. * Maintaining strong, long-term business relationships. * Import and export processes. * Types of cargo: FCL, LCL, consolidated air freight, dangerous goods, oversized cargo. Requirements: * **Completed bachelor’s degree** in INTERNATIONAL TRADE, LOGISTICS, CUSTOMS. * **2 years of experience** in: * B2B sales. * Foreign trade, logistics, transportation, or customs. * Knowledge of imports/exports and at least two modes of transport. * Proficiency in **CRM**, MS Office, and project management tools. * Advanced English * Skills and competencies: * Negotiation with managers/executives and client portfolio management. * Analytical skills, problem-solving, and results orientation. * Excellent communication and customer service skills. * Proactivity, dynamism, and willingness to travel.
